In order to receive financial assistance for the 2012-2013 school year you may make application through the office or online through Smart Tuition. Your child(ren) must be enrolled in order to apply. There is an application fee of $30.00 The deadline to apply is May 15. Detailed guidelines are attached.
SPANISH CLUB
Please note that the LAST Spanish Class will meet on TUESDAY, MAY 22 from 3:30-4:30 for a FIESTA!
Please send $2.00 with your child to cover the cost of the Piñata.
TERRANOVA3 TESTING RESULTS
This year's student testing results for K-8th grade are available. If you would like to go over your student's test results, please contact the classroom teacher before the end of school (May 25) to schedule a conference.

CCS COWBOY MOUNTING SHOOTING EVENT
Last Summer many of our students in grades 5 to 8 participated in the Cowboy Mounting Shooting Event held in DeKalb. Our students did an excellent job as balloon setters and have been asked to participate again this summer. The events are on Saturdays May 19 (rain date of 5/26), June 2 (rain date 6/16), July 28, August 25 and September 22 from 8:00am to 2:00pm minimum (4:00pm maximum). We need 10 students for each event. Students will have the opportunity to see the live cowboy events! If you would like to have your child(ren) participate, please fill out the form sent to your kids and return by April 5th. The school will receive payment for the event along the tips from participants. RID'EM COWBOYS!!!

If you would like to speak with your child's teacher, pleace call the office to set up an appointment. Please do not go in to the classrooms to talk with them before or after school since this is preparation time for them.
BASKETBALL PRACTICE
Please note that basketball practice is from 3:30-5:30pm. Please be prompt in picking up your student at 5:30. A fee of $1.00 per minute will be charged after 5:30pm. Our volunteer coaches have tight work schedules. Thank you!
