Arrange to meet with our principal to discuss your goals and vision for your child’s education and to ask questions.

Create a FACTS Account online to apply to Covenant Christian School.

​STEP 3

​​FACTS Financial Aid Form - COMPLETE THIS STEP ONLY IF YOU NEED AID
Aid is determined on your most recent Federal tax
filing. After you have created an account, click here to apply for financial aid.

​

​Returning CCS families seeking Financial Aid 
must complete their FACTS application by May 15.

 

STEP 4

FACTS will email an account verification link to you. Use FACTS to:

  • Log in to your account

  • Create a New Student Application (one for each child)

  • Pay the $50 non-refundable per student application fee

  • Print your application, track your status, monitor your account, and more

 

STEP 5

​Enrollment: FACTS will notify CCS when your application is complete, then our Office Manager will contact you to:

  • Review your FACTS Financial Aid recommendation, if applicable*

  • Agree upon your responsibility for all outstanding tuition and fees

  • Arrange a student interview and assessment testing date

  • Arrange Student Transcripts to be transferred from all former schools, if applicable

  • Reserve a class placement for your child

*Parents seeking additional aid beyond the FACTS recommendation, due to extenuating circumstances, may request to meet with our School's Finance Committee. All decisions are based on the Financial Policy adopted by our Board of Directors; current CCS guidelines limit financial aid to 40 percent.

 

FINANCIAL TERMS OF AGREEMENT

​Student Transfer after Enrollment: Repayment Policy

Parents who transfer their child after enrolling at CCS need to be aware of their financial responsibility for the balance of unpaid tuition and fees upon transfer, as described in the Repayment Policy noted in the Covenant Christian School Parent Handbook.

​Failing to Meet Financial Obligation

Parents failing to meet their financial obligation to CCS commit, by virtue of accepting
their agreed upon debt load, to complete a CCS recommended online financial management tutorial. This tutorial will provide counsel about debt management, budgeting, and investment strategies. An appointment with a school official will be arranged, upon the completion of the course to discuss a plan to move forward.

Financial Aid Terms of Agreement

Parents who accept the FACTS recommended Financial Aid amount, and/or additional assistance from CCS, agree to:

  • Pay the remainder of all outstanding tuition and fees

  • Complete the Volunteer Opportunities form

  • Volunteer 20 per semester (40 hours per year)
